Shipping And Delivery

Our warehouse is open and packs and ships from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed before 11am will be packed and dispatched the same day, please note this does not apply to orders placed during sale time.

We currently offer shipment through Australia Post or Click & Collect (local pickup).

 SHIPPING RATES

Australia:

 All orders will be charged a flat fee of $10.00 AUD for standard postage.

We offer Express Shipping through Australia Post Australia wide, please note this will be calculated at checkout.

New Zealand:

All orders will we charged a flat fee of $10.00 AUD for standard postage.

We offer Express Shipping through Australia Post Australia wide, please note this will be calculated at checkout.

International:

For international orders delivery will be calculated at checkout .

Express International Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

CLICK & COLLECT

For local customers we offer a free Click & Collect service that you can select at checkout. Orders will be picked and packed as normal, from there an email will be sent to you confirming that the order is ready for collection. 

Our pickup location is at our warehouse, located at 33/8 Lewalan St, Grovedale VIC, 3216.

Please refrain from coming to collect your order before we have sent you the confirmation email. Your order will be packed in a timely manner, and we endeavour to have them all out as quickly as we can. Please ensure a correct email address is added at checkout for our customer service people to communicate with .

PRE-ORDERS

If your item is a pre-order , this will be dispatched once becomes available . You can find estimated dispatch times on the individual product pages . If your order has other available items in the order these will be held for when the preorder becomes available . If you would like to arrange for separate shipping please contact us at info@miannandco.com.au .

How can I track my order ?

When orders have been dispatched, we will send out a confirmation email to let you know its on it’s way to you. This email will include a tracking link that you can use to follow your order’s journey!

Do you pack orders on Public Holidays & weekends?

We close every weekend and public holiday to give our amazing team a break!

How long will it take to receive my order during sale time?

Due to the sheer volume of orders we receive during sale we aim to dispatch orders within the same week however this does depend on the volume recieved and dispatch times may vary. Express orders are always prioritised in dispatching .  

Will I have to pay duties & taxes?

Unfortunately, duties and taxes vary from country to country, payment of these (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
