What payment methods do Miann & Co accept? Is it safe to use my credit card?

We currently accept the following: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay & Apple Pay along with a few other payment methods. All payments are processed via Shopify and are secure and encrypted.

What countries does Miann & Co ship to?

Miann & Co offers worldwide shipping to everywhere Australia Post can reach! If a shipping rate does not come up for your address, please get in contact with us at: info@ladedahkids.com.au

Will I have to pay duties & taxes?

Unfortunately, duties and taxes vary from country to country, payment of these (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been picked, packed and prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size/colour or edit your billing and shipping details. We are unable to combine or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. We aim for same day dispatch, and cannot amend orders once they have been sent. How can I track my order?

Australian & New Zealand Orders: You will receive tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email that you can use to track your order. Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your order. If you need to get in touch, please email Business Support: info@miannandco.com.au with your name and order number.

International: You will receive tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email that you can use to track your order. Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 20 working days before querying your order. If you need to get in touch, please email Business Support: info@miannandco.com.au with your name and order number.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Does Miann & Co go on sale?

Miann & Co offer seasonal sales twice a year. Products on sale at this time typically include end of line items. Please sign up to our newsletter to be notified of when our sales start and when we offer further reductions.

Does Miann & Co offer custom orders?

Due to the unique set up of our production, we are unable to offer custom orders.

How do your Woman's sizes run? 

As a general rule, our sizing runs more generous than typical Australian sizing. As a rough estimate, a XS is a 8-10, S 10-12, M 14-16, L 16-18, XL 18-22.
