  Our recent high summer collection featured our new crochet body suit and dress, and we are obsessed!   Let the sweetest season begin.... The Christmas festive season is one of our favourites. Such a beautiful magical time where special memories and moments are created. A time to celebrate with family and friends, each with their own traditions. This is our favourite time of year where we see joy amongst our kids, friends and community.  Our High Summer range sees some of the sweetest outfits for this festive season.   Bali is one of those places that are perfect for a family getaway from Australia. Bali was the first country we ever travelled to with the kids and it was also the trip that sealed the deal for a lot more travel with them. Our first trip to Bali was when our first born was 12 months old. We have since returned when the boys were older. Bali has so many hidden gems. There is something around every corner, so I am sharing some of our favourites with you. We had one week in Ubud and one week in Seminyak. What did surprise me was how different Bali was since we first visited. It is now super busy Bali and lots of restaurant and accommodation options.   We stayed Royal Tulip Visesa - Jl. Suweta, Banjar Bentuyung Sakti, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali, Ubud, 80571, Indonesia Hotel Vila Lumbung - Jl. Raya Petitenget No.1000X, Bali, Seminyak, 80361, Indonesia    We ate La Lucciola - This beachside restaurant is a must and the food was one of our favourite meals. Saigon Street - This was close to our hotel and had the most delicious Vietnamese food. Sea Circus - a very cool resturant with lots of options on what to eat and drink    We visited Bali Monkey Forest - If you have been following us you will know our kids love the great outdoors and animals. The boys couldn’t get over the free roaming monkeys and loved the experience. Padang Padang - Gorgeous white sand beaches and crystal blue water. An easy day trip from Seminyak. Pandawa Beach - The beach is accessible down a few flights of steps. Our kids were older and managed perfectly. The beach is beautiful and the water crystal blue.   We really loved Bali for a family holiday. With so many activities and sights to see, our kids really enjoyed the experience. Plus, with a six hour flight from Melbourne how could you say no!   

  I recently had the pleasure of interview Amelia from @luxe_everyday about her style and what her favourite pieces from our collection are for herself and her gorgeous daughter Ivy. Thanks Amelia x   What is your favourite piece for yourself from our collection and why?  The Eliza Knit Dress! It’s so lightweight and easy to style with anything! The colour works with all skin tones as well, so it’s pretty universal.  What is your favourite piece for your little one from our collection and why?  The Natural Frill Knit Top! It’s the perfect balance of feminine and neutral and can be worn with tights, bloomers, over long sleeves or on its own over summer. How would you describe your style? Relaxed, coastal luxe with a hint of hot-mess mum! I’m attracted to natural fibres and distressed textures like leather, linen, denim and cotton laces.  Is it important to you to dress yourself and your little one in natural fibres (like cotton)? If so, why?  Absolutely! I live in the tropics and anything synthetic makes me sweat instantly! It’s much cooler wearing say a long cotton dress than a short polyester one. It’s better sun protection too! What’s your number one style tip? Buy quality pieces that you love and you’ll save more money than buying poor quality items in the long run.      Photography: @throughtheireyes__

Forever Bloom is our second drop in our SS18 collection, where we see some gorgeous spring summer prints start to appear. Think gorgeous blues, pinks and touches of mustard.  This range was inspired by our growing little ones and their need to bloom, grow and flourish. We continue to be inspired by simple living, living by the coast, and appreciating quality over quantity. This second drop sees a change from lightweight knits to lightweight cotton voile, making this range perfect for those warmer months. Forever bloom sees the introduction of a new crinkle cotton texture that gives that light and airy feel, like the summer breeze and adds the practicality of low maintenance wearing.  It's no secret that we adore florals and this range we have extended the designs to include some much loved unisex botanical prints. We love the mixing of prints and this season we love the idea of mixing and matching florals and botanical prints with our traditional love of stripes and bold ginghams.  Our new bedding range is so stunning, even if we do say so ourselves! By popular demand, we have four new gorgeous prints seen across cot sheets, single sheets and pillowcases. They are some must have for nurserys or bedrooms in these warmer months. We have opted for our favourite palette of blue for both the boys and the girls and it is a palette that will be sure to bring a clean look to any room or shared room.  Our oh so popular jersey range is back with some gorgeous new prints and colours. These are seen across body suits, sleeveless suits, pants, bloomers and our newborn must have bibs and knot beanies.  We work hard on designing gorgeous prints and ranges each season for you all. We print in small runs, making these limited edition prints and styles. I recently had the opportunity to interview Brett, father of two dearest sisters. Take an insight into his life as a father and be sure to check out @fifo.dad and @dearest.sisters  x   What is your favourite memory of being a kid? My father worked away so I would have to say it was when he was home to take me to my sporting events!    What is your favourite memory of being a dad? Building a bird aviary with him, it only took us the weekend and we thought we were pretty amazing when we had it finished. What was one special thing you and your dad used to do together?  We didn’t have many traditions together as my dad was away for months at a time at work so, that’s why I’m so focused on my girls now when I’m home and doing things with them they’ll remember when they grow up.  What is your favourite thing to do with your daughters? It’s different with both girls, Lailah would have to be to collect eggs from our chicken yard, we do it many times a day and she gets so excited about it! And Zaylee is so much fun at the moment she loves being chased around the house and she is obsessed with dancing so that’s a lot of fun, I also love being home and getting to put her to bed sometimes now, she loves being cuddled to sleep so that one on one time just in the quiet is so special.  What do you enjoy most about being a dad? The fun of watching them grow into their own little people, they’re both so funny and crazy but full of love and enjoy cuddles so it’s just an amazing time for me at the moment.  What surprised you most about being a dad? It probably sounds cliche but I would have to say the unconditional love, it’s honestly crazy how much they can stress you out with tantrums but just one smile and everything is forgotten.  How will you be spending this Father's Day? Hopefully start with cuddles from my girls in bed, including Rach who’s currently pregnant with our third! Then maybe a brunch somewhere or Sunday picnic in the sunshine with my girls would be great!
